Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities.
- Support event logistics to ensure smooth event operations.
- Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Help manage attendee flow and create a positive guest experience.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout event activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
- Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event evaluations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
