Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

  • Maintain basic records and data entry tasks
